What are the boundary lines for the 109th District?
Legislative district lines are redrawn after every decennial census.
The 109th District now covers parts of Clover Bottom, Washington, Union, Villa Ridge, New Haven, Gray Summit, Labadie, Krakow, Berger, and Campbellton.

Important Note: After clicking through, please deselect the “CongressHouseDistricts” layer (1st option) and then select the “House Commission Work Product” layer (4th option). If you are on mobile, you will need to zoom into Franklin County after selecting the layers and then you should see the pink lines and locate the outline of District 109.

I own a business/want to send a donation on behalf of a company, can I still donate to the campaign?
Yes, if you are a business or corporation you can donate to John Simmons’ political action committee, NOVA PAC.
To donate to NOVA PAC, business and corporate checks can be mailed to “PO Box 510844, St. Louis, MO 63151.”
Monetary donations to political action committees (PACs) have no limits.
How can I donate to the campaign?
Personal checks are preferred and can be made out to "Citizens for Simmons" and mailed to "954 Cobblestone Drive, Washington, MO 63090."
Online donations (via credit/debit card) are also accepted and can be found through the Donate link.
Due to federal and state election laws, only personal checks can be made to the campaign and not corporate/business checks.
By law, the maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,000 for the primary election and $2,000 for the general election.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Due to federal and state election tax code laws, donations to political candidates are NOT tax deductible.
